⭕️ Comparisons As BB26 Ends

Quori-Tyler on Big Brother vs The Circle

A Big Brother vs The Circle Matchup

As a Circle player who is completely addicted to Big Brother, I am constantly comparing the nuances of the two games. I often wonder which Circle players would be good at BB & vice-versa. I took the 16 houseguests of season 26 and matched them up with what I would consider their Circle spirit animal! (And before you come for me, let's just agree to disagree wherever it may concern.)

Cam = Bru from The Circle Season 4

With his calm demeanor and likability, I can’t help but compare Cam to Bru. While both men are not the strategic masterminds of their seasons, they have a seamless ability to navigate the social game. It’s no coincidence that Cam & Bru both went onto television with a strong social media following via TikTok. Maybe we need some more tiktokers on reality TV (I can feel the fandoms throwing tomatoes at me rn).

T’Kor = Yu Ling from The Circle Season 4

My queen of fashion with a surprisingly good game. T’kor has this natural gift of making people feel connected to her which put her in such a great position for most of the season. In season 4 of The Circle, Yu Ling managed to stay on top of the ratings and end the game in 3rd place because of her influence and social prowess. T’Kor and Yu Ling’s vibrant styles & magnetic energy allow them to play these games in a way in which no one else can.

Rubina = Chloe from The Circle Season 2

Sometimes the game is being played around you and you kind of just go with the flow. That’s how I’d describe Rubina & Chloe’s game play. They are the definition of “Who are these divas” TikTok comments. These divas, however, manage to find themselves in great positions, staying out of trouble and creating great relationships. I really feel like Rubina would do AMAZING on The Circle & I’d love to see Chloe in that BB house.

Imagine the chaos of Chloe Veitch on BB. Keep reading to see which BB26 houseguest plays like Circle S2 winner DeLeesa (Netflix)

Kimo = Shubham from The Circle Seasons 1 & 5

The friendly superfan who is unassuming but has a strategic mindset. As we know, Kimo’s gameplay started plateauing by the time he left. For the sake of this conversation, let’s talk about his early game. Both Kimo & Shooby are huge fans of social strategy and are able to use their lovable personalities to navigate the game. Shooby’s “newbie revolution” could have flipped the game on its head. #RobbedKings

Angela = Deb from The Circle Season 7

There are some things that don't even need to be explained. Angela & Deb, from the most recent season of The Circle, being soulmates is one of them. These bold moms were not afraid to shake things up in their respective “houses”. From Angela calling Matt “crazy eyes” to Deb referring to herself as #ThatB*** , I tip my hat to casting for finding such gems. Someone get these mothers (literally & metaphorically) on a podcast together! cough RHAP cough

Lisa = Steffi from The Circle Season 6

We’ll make this one short & sweet. A vibe curator and an astrologist with an emotional support skeleton walk into a room. What do you get? Glitter ✨Lisa and Steffi leaving so soon robbed us of a good time and I stand by that (even though I led the charge to get Steffi out. Sorry girly).

Matt = Brett from The Circle Season 5

We’ll make this one even shorter. Coincidentally, the only person from The Circle I could even think to compare Matt to is Circle and BB alum, Brett. Not much more on that.

Chelsie = DeLeesa from The Circle Season 2

There’s been quite a bit of controversy over Chelsie online and I truly don't care to get involved with the discourse. But we simply can’t deny that Chelsie is at least the most strategic player in this season of Big Brother. She reminds me so much of DeLeesa with her adaptability and capability of getting others to do what she wants. Imagine a house where DeLeesa & Chelsie go head to head! Who would win? My money is on DeLeesa.

Lisa BB26

QT thinks we were robbed of more Leah (CBS)

Brooklyn = Michelle from The Circle Season 3

Brooklyn’s face when being blindsided by votes, nominations and her eviction takes me back to season 3 of the Circle with the iconic blue and orange Michelle. When Michelle’s profile was cloned I have never seen someone so appalled and disgusted, that is until, Brooklyn Rivera. Both Brooklyn & Michelle worked tirelessly to convince their fellow castmates that they were authentic and true. For “orange” Michelle, it worked, but unfortunately for Brooklyn, it did not.

Joseph = Alex from The Circle Season 4

Good ‘ol video store Joseph! While his downfall in the game might have been his lack of social cues, he had great strategy and was clearly a student of Big Brother. Much like Alex Brizard from season 4 of The Circle, Joseph was willing to throw his allies under the bus when needed, which is a quality I truly respect in the game. Alex has said his strategy going into The Circle was to be underestimated and Joseph clearly tried to do the same with all the comps he “threw” ;).

Cedric = Raven from The Circle Season 5

If you googled “fun, loving & vibrant” Cedric & Raven would be the first two results. Their good vibes are so beneficial especially in a game where your personality contributes to how far you go. Cedric gives very much golden retriever and Raven is just the brightest light. Even though they both are not the strategic puppet masters of their shows, we can't deny the natural qualities of their social games.

MJ = Mel B from The Circle Season 4

Hear me out. MJ is giving Mel B in the sense of: in season 4 of The Circle, The Spice Girls were tasked with infiltrating the game to help someone else win a bigger cash prize. I fear that MJ is also playing the game to make someone else win… Chelsie. Despite her lack of self interest, I find MJ really fun to watch and have been rooting for mother since the cast reveal.

Kenny = Brian from The Circle Season 5

I'm going to give Kenny the same energy he gave Big Brother… absolutely nothing. Kenny = Brian Clark and enough is said.

Tucker = Kevin from The Circle Season 7

When I tell you Tucker gives Kevin energy, I don't think I need to say much else. Both men have this expressive personality that you can’t turn your eyes away from. While Kevin kept becoming an influencer, Tucker won a record number of comps to keep himself safe. Whether using the veto on someone else or sending your #1 ally home, expect the unexpected is an understatement when it comes to Tucker and Kevin.

Leah = Xanthi from The Circle Season 5

Leah was not afraid to be unapologetically herself and say exactly what she was thinking. That’s why it might be surprising for me to compare her to someone who catfished on The Circle, Xanthi. Before becoming a catfish we saw how raw and real Xanthi was willing to be from her profile to initial chats and I was pleasantly surprised to see how well she ended up playing the game as Jennifer. In some ways that surprise carries over to my feelings on Leah’s game. Leah had a nice balance of fun, girly energy while not being afraid to get her hands a little dirty. Together, Leah & Xanthi would be such a fun watch.

Quinn = Jordan from The Circle Season 6

My views on Quinn are complicated so we’re going a little out of the box for this comparison. Quinn has a chaos about him that feels a little more muted than Jordan, but a calculated strategy that I’d love to compare a bit to myself. Quinn, like Jordan and myself, is a superfan in the truest sense of the word. We’ve all studied these games for seasons and unfortunately that can lead to any superfan’s downfall. Quinn and I tried to be puppetmasters in our games, but unfortunately, at times the strings were a bit too loose. When Quinn was in trouble, his fight or flight instincts kicked in and Jordan’s were simply never off. Both guys were willing to fight till the bitter end for their games and I respect them all the more for it.

QT AKA Quori-Tyler Bullock placed 3rd on The Circle Season 6 where she became one of the series’ biggest puppetmasters. Besides being a reality TV superfan and a great strategist, she is also a fun follow on TikTok and Instagram @quorityler.
